Hi all, anybody knows how to reset the incident number in ITSM 7.6.03 (Help Desk) ?.
In Previous versions (7.0 or 7.1) I could set it with the Ticket Number Generator form and the "next id" field in HPD:Help Desk form, but now, I don't know how could I do it.
