ARS 6.3 HD 6.0 SearchServer 6 On the Help Desk form there is a Knowledge tab with a sensitivity option that lets you select which fields are used for searching within RKM. You can use Summary, Summary and Category, Summary and Category and Type, etc. However, the old values that appear to be used during the search come from the Summary field. I have walked the work flow and the URL that is built contains the CTI values but when I look at the logs for RKM old the Summary values are used. I looked through the kms_config.xml but do not see anything in there to let me control what is included in a query.
Is there a way to tell RKM to include the CTI values when searching or just the CTI values and ignore the Summary?
