Okay, I see that a style can be set for an application. Maybe that's
what would need to be done, and not set it individually per form.

That centering even carried over to 7.5 when I imported those particular
forms; however, I can't find a simple way to do this on 7.5. I tried
putting <center> in as a header and <center> for a footer, just in case.

necessarily want to center all forms.
