You can do this using SQL and Even through Import SQL: You need to create a query for updating the ticket from back end.(Remember arsystem stores the date in EPOC style i.e in Interger format)
Import You can export the ticket say just the ticket id and the entry id and reimport it using arimport with update old with new record option checked. This is easlier in case you need to popluate different date in the resolved field. Note : Check for notification thier is posibility that it might tigger again. ________________________________ From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of IT (Amanullah Bashir Ahmed) Sent: Sunday, February 20, 2011 5:41 PM To: [email protected] Subject: How to change Resolved date of Closed Incident ** Hi there, Version 7.1 In Incident management, one ticket is raised and then it resolved and closed. Now management's requirement is that we have to change the resolved date. Is there any option we can change the resolved date. Can we do it by using any SQL Query or any other way. Thanks in advance.
