Why don't you create an SQL view of that form with the distinct clause in
that SQL, and base your web service on a view form that is built on that SQL
view? That way you will have distinct values..

I am using remedy ars/midtier 6.3.
I have created a webservice with operation getlist for a form.In this
operation requestID will be the root and unique and the qualification the
webservice is null. I am getting list of values based on the output mapping.
In those fields in the form,some of the fields values have been present more
than once.
Will it be possible from the remedy end itself to retrive only the unique
values and it as output mapping?
