Hello, It's a javscript error, ie a bug in the Midtier. You need to report the full version and action being performed to BMC. The quickest route to resolution is to see if it exists in both IE and Firefox, and if it does exist in Firefox, report the line number of the Javascript that's failing. If they've compressed the Javascript into some unreadable mess, perhaps there's a non-compressed version available that will allow you to provide a decent bug report.
