Hi,
No there is no such functionality in the macros.
You can define input variables to the macro, but you have to manually
assign this value when you run the macro. Just type $xxx$ anywhere in the
macro, and the user will be prompted "xxx", and the value entered will be
passed to the macro.
The macro can be embedded in an ACTL, and these input variables can be
populated from the current form, but that requires admin-privileges to
work.
In situations like this, I think you should sit down with a developer and
describe what kind of functionality you need, and find a solution.
