So I was looking at the compatibility of this system and this is what it says as far as the database is concerned if you intend using MS-SQL database..
DB Type: Microsoft SQL Server Version: 2000 - SP4+, 2005, 2008 Edition: Enterprise Comments: DB locale must be set to English values LANGUAGE=English (United States), Collation=SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS Would this mean that if I have my BSM products (Atrium CMDB/AIE, ITSM, SLM, SRM) installed on a UTF-16 character set, to support multiple languages, then BMC Analytics for BSM 7.6.01 would not work? If so does anyone know if there is a direction towards having this product work on a Unicode database? If so what is the time frame we are looking at to see a version that would offer multi language support? As always, thanks for your replies..
