We find a pattern when, the memory requirement of ARS increases the threshold limit of 2GB, it stops taking login to application. People/user those who has already logged in could work. So is the issue we see one of the step to remitence increasing allocated memory to ARServd process. What is your comments on this? I couldn't understand how increasing threads make increase of memory, and what should be calculation then for this? Add more concurrent users. Add more threads. Increase the size of the Remedy workflow/data dictionary. do you just want it to use more memory for the sake of using more memory?
