I am getting a java error when I try to look at the list of Active Links (Over 35K of them) in the Developer Studio 764.
First I got: Unhandled event loop exception Java heap space So I Increased the space in the Java Console. Now I get: Unhandled event loop exception GC overhead limit exceeded Any ideas??? Fresh install of the ARS/ITSM 7.6.4 I have 16GB of RAM on the server. Nothing running other than the services and the Developer Studio. No one else logged in but me.
