Hi listers, there is not much in the standard IM 7.0/1 docs about Scripts and Decision Trees. Can somebody point me to better descriptions of these features, or tell me how you use them in your organization? I am about to look into 7.6 documents out of curiousity, but my version is pre 7.5, so I don't know how relevant these topics on these docs will be.
I tried to setup a Decision Tree, but I am having a dull moment and can't seem to figure out how the branching works.
