I have configured a Operating Company - ABC and Customer Company -
XYZ.
ABC would be supporting XYZ for Change Management.
Created two test tickets, one for ABC and one for XYZ. Now when I view
the change calendar , using quick filter - when I filter by Company =
ABC, I see both the tickets. Which is ok, thats what I want. But when
I filter by Company - XYZ(Customer Company) and perform a search for
Change Tickets, I see no tickets.
As my understanding was, this ABC may support many Customers, and I
wanted to have seperate view of change calendar for each customer, so
thought I can use the quick filter.

Does the Quick Filter in Change Calendar only works for Operating
Company? As in my case, when I used Customer Company in the search, it
didn't work.
I am on ITSM 7.0.03.
Please let me know.
