Ms 2003 Enterprise x64 on a VM
MS SQL 2005

I have a request to build a threaded discussion forum in BMC ARSystem. The 
forum would be on a helpdesk form as part of the application.
I'm guessing the threads would be restricted to the current ticket being 
displayed. The customer didn't go into much detail there.

Has anyone done something like this before and can give my some pointers?
