Hello Listers, Ars 7.6.03 Ms 2003 Enterprise x64 on a VM MS SQL 2005 I have a request to build a threaded discussion forum in BMC ARSystem. The forum would be on a helpdesk form as part of the application. I'm guessing the threads would be restricted to the current ticket being displayed. The customer didn't go into much detail there.
