I figured it out myself (can you see the egg dripping off my face ...!) Low priority emails from outlook into remedy come in with priority -1.

Does anyone know what the value is for low priority emails? Alternately if anyone has a different min/max can you share what the field limits of 18096 on the AR System Email Messages form is set to.
