Can you please shed some light on pre-requisites to get AREA LDAP Authentication working against multiple domains? Environment: ARS 7.6.03 Domain in which AR Server is a member server: domain1 Domains in which users are present: domain1 and domain2. There is NO trust relationship between domain1 and domain2. However, the ports 389 and 53 are opened from Remedy application server to domain2 AD Server. AREA LDAP Configuration form is set up with domain1 and domain2. Users on domain1 get authenticated successfully. For users on domain2 , we get Authentication Failed error. What are the pre-requisites for enabling AREA LDAP Authentication against multiple domains in terms of AD trust, firewalls to be opened or anything on configuration/network/infrastructure level?
