ARS 7.5, ITSM 7.5 I have created the class and I have configured AIE mappings and exchanges to import the data. No problem there. Now, I have added some attributes to the class. The class is not in pending and the changes were successfully applied sometime ago. These new attributes are not showing up in AIE Console > CI Class Mappings > CI Class Mapping Information > Data Field Mapping tabbed page > CI Class Attributes table, so that I may map them to external data attributes. All of my original class attributes are there but not the new ones. I've closed the forms, reopened them, logged out, logged back in.
Does anyone have a tip on this? Should the new attributes show up immediately? Should any particular processes be restarted?
