The ITSM Suite is a selling model, not a license type. So no - you will not see an option for a Suite license as a license type. The types are the same ones that have been in place since AR System / ITSM 7.0.0x - Incident, Problem, Asset, etc...
Think of Suites more like purchasing the "off road package" for a car. It comes with brushguards, mudflaps, rubber floor mats and knobby tires.
