Andrew,

I had this problem when I upgraded from 7.1 to 7.5, turned out to be a
problem with the upgrade that some of the forms didn't update properly. To
figure it out I had to turn on plugin logging (via cfg file) and launch the
console.there were errors in there, I re-imported the form from def and
everything worked fine.

**

This may not be happening for several reasons... I have had this fail on me
for one of these several reasons..

1) Incorrect configuration of the plugin in the ar.conf (ar.cfg) file..

2) Failure of workflow related to the Server Information page from being
installed for whatever reasons. It did happen to me once..

3) Incorrect configuration in the armonitor.conf (armonitor.cfg) file that
starts the plugin server such as a wrong server name or one that does not
resolve to the servers IP Address..

There were a few more instances where this has failed for me but I do not
recall them all right now but this should be a good starting point for you
to check..

Subject: No data loaded for Server Information on User tool 7.5.0/7.6.03

** Hi List.

We can't see any data on the the Server Information. The form is just empty
when viewing from the user tool 7.5/7.6.03.

Home-->AR System Administration-->AR System Administration Console-->
System->General-->Server Information

I have to use the old admin tool, 7.0.1 to check the data, but some of the
7.5 settings are not visible on this old admin tool version.

Any advice.

AR Sever 7.5.0 P006

SQL - Oracle 10.2.0.4.0

Thanks,

Andrew
