I think where you are getting confused on the difference between consuming a
Web Service and hosting one.

Consuming a Web Service is performed from a Filter Set Fields action (Selecting
Read Value for Field From Web Service). This is how you pull (or push) data
from Remedy to a Web Service.

Hosting a Web Service is the Web Service item listed as a separate group (like
Forms, Active Links, Filters, ...) in the Administrator tool (you can also get
to it by right clicking a Form and selection Create Web Service).

Subject: Creating web service, specifying WSDL handler for a form

**
I have progressed to Form, Create Web service, but in the WSDL tab in Remedy
administrator I specify a http path.  eg http://w2003/arsys/WSDL/etc - I assume
I have to create the directory WDSL etc and place the WSDL file in the
specified path.  But where is this path on the Remedy mid-tier server???
