When creating a new person in ITSM 7.6.04 via browser the User Locale gets set to en_US in the AR User Preference forms so when the user views some tables the date column defaults to US format. If the AR User Preferences - User Locale is set to en_GB, the dates in tables display in UK format.
The User Locale is set by CTM:PPL:DisplayLanguageNull_506 which does a look up against the SYS:Menus Items - Locale to return en_US. Other than modifying the data in SYS:Menu Items to be en_GB is there a way to automatically set the user default locale when creating a person?
