Initially, I thought Atrium Integrator will work in the server group as well base on the documentation.
However, after installing Atrium Integrator, it works fine in a stand alone server environment setting. As soon as the server is added to the Server Group as the primary server, AIE screen pop up saying it fails to get NGIE job list. I was able to trace it down flow to see that it tries to do a query on NGIE:JOBLOG form. Somehow, for whatever reason, when the server is in Server Group, performing a search on this vendor form returns a "Authentication Error". BMC Support stated that they will clarify the position of Atrium Integrator in the Server Group in the next documentation update. At this point, there is no ETA for this. This is why it cannot be used in a server group. I am not sure why they are saying it is not supported.
