Thanks for the feedback, LJ.  Although this will work for Message actions in
ALs, error messages that appear from Set Fields action "If No Requests Match
- Display 'No Match' Error" configuration still appear in the new web
browser "Prompt Bar" in which there is no 'Display in Prompt Bar' check box
for.  Basically, I would like to disable this "Prompt Bar" display of
messages in the Mid-Tier interface altogether.
