BOXI Install.

Has anyone done the BOXI 3.1 SP3 install for Analytics?  Did you get a 
message "The Central Management Server has failed to Start STW00213" 
Retry/Cancel?  If so how did you get around this?  This is a new 
installation, on an 2008 64bit, using an Oracle 11g database with a 32 
bit Oracle client.    Thanks for any help.
