Thank you very much for all of you for helping me. Once again I'm
seeking all your help and expertise advice on couple of the issues which
I'm facing with RKM.
1. While creating a knowledge article the Article ID is generating
but not populating in the article ID field
2. RKM approval request are not coming into the approval console
because of this not able to move the status beyond Publish Approval
3. Able to see all the entries created in RKM approval look up
form but there are no entries created in RKM detail signature form.
RKM 7.6.03 and running in SunOS 5.10 platform
