Afraid the Server has reached the point of needing a replacement so it is flaky at the moment.
Since the server itself had crashed and was not doing the arslist distribution either you didn't miss anything. There are several repositories including the two previously mentioned and google. Currently I can't connect to the servers so there could be a networking issue. ....
