Need your help once again, I have a requirement where in I need to have a single URL for searching the knowledge article with a keyword. This should list all the articles (not the remedy form) with the mentioned keyword and then from there I should be able to chose a particular article (This is in general) We have achieved this in our 7.1 RKM version and now we want the same in our 7.6.03. (I know the 7.6.03 architecture is entirely different from the old one, but still I'm checking is there any option in this new version) Below is the URL which we are using in 7.1. by accessing this URL we will get a list of related document and from there we will be able to retrieve the data. http://<Server>:<Port>/rkm/access/login?user=<User name>&password=<password>&submitted=1&submit=Login&referrer=http:// <Server>:<Port>/rkm/search.xml?types=published%26search=xml%26terms=USer <http://%3cServer%3e:%3cPort%3e/rkm/access/login?user=%3cUser%20name%3e&; password=%3cpassword%3e&submitted=1&submit=Login&referrer=http://%20%3cS erver%3e:%3cPort%3e/rkm/search.xml?types=published%26search=xml%26terms= USer> I have build one URL for 7.6.03 and this will fetch all the articles with the keyword mentioned in the remedy form.
