Please check your ar.cfg to see if you have added a line similar to the following:
Server-Plugin-Alias: ARSYS.ARF.MYSAMPLE ARSYS.ARF.MYSAMPLE FN2C1P1-677.adprod.bmc.com:9999 The above line basically represents: Server-Plugin-Alias: <ARServerKnowsYourPlug-inAsWhatName> <JavaPluginServerKnowsYourPlug-inAsWhatName> <JavaPluginServerHostName>:<JavaPluginServerPortNum> Once you have added this line & your AR server is restarted - it should start seeing the presence of this plug-in and eventually should be able to interact with that plug-in as needed.
