This reminded me - For those using Remedy User 7.5, I'll add that the Tech Bulletin for 7.5.00 patch 007 says it resolved an issue with passwords not being encrypted under certain conditions - so I don't know that I'd want to use anything lower than 007. ( See the readme for details.)

Another user is running Windows XP Pro 2003, SP3. Same thing - the client terminates on a regular basis. I am running Windows 7, 64 bits (java is also 64 bits). My client stable - sadly that is not the feedback from our user base. It is not recommended with a different server / client version. I am well aware of that.
