Just a summer away ** It came as a shock to me as I realized that yesterday was May 19th and WWRUG11 starts in a mere FOUR months. The first price change is in a few weeks, June 10th. After that it goes up in price. This should be an exciting year, we are going to have wide and deep content about all aspects Of the BMC Remedy family of products, especially the ITSM Suite. At the same time, there will be activities celebrating that it has been 20 years since the ARSystem was released. It has grown and adapted to the changing computing world like few other products have. Of course a lot of that adaptation is down to our most special attendee, Doug Mueller, and the others in the BMC Remedy team that will join us. On Wednesday of the conference you get the unique to RUG event of "An Evening with Engineering" where you get direct access to the folks that created the products you use day to day. Stay tuned for the Keynote Speaker(s) Announcement(s). Much of the adaptation also comes from the vocal customers over the years (including me) that point out to a receptive company where the product(s) can be improved.
