We are moving from 7.5 P2 to 7.6.04. We are able to suces Hi List, We are moving from 7.5 P2 to 7.6.04. We are able to sucessfully upgrade AR Server, Mid-Tier and Atrium CMDB 7604. But now we are facing problem with ITSM 7604 install. The intaller is running for last 48 hrs and seems progressing and never complete.
Does anybody face similar issue? Is there any bench-mark for ITSM Installation?
