BOMGAR
Chat and allowes to initiate a support session from the BMC Remedy interface 
and, at the end of the session, update
the incident with the following information:
1. Chat Transcript
2. System Information
3. Session Notes
4. Exit Surveys

And by products - I mean software that is sold to other companies -- not an 
internal "big system".
