What are you trying to query using this Direct SQL? An internal table or
view from the AR System database? Or an external DB link?
I see an ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel on two process ID's
both in your arerror as well as SQL log.
This error is a generic communication error in Oracle between the Oracle
client and the database server..

IOne of our developers noticed that when we change an active link that makes
use of the DIRECT SQL option and then try the code we get the attached
arerr_90. We get around this issue by removing the sql portion of the link
on the server and re-creating it in the developer studio and then we no
longer get this issue.
They noticed this when they modified an active link with a direct sql call
on development. It worked fine on development, but after importing this
link to test server they got the arerr 90 message when they tried to run the
update. It is not local to one computer as others have come across this
difficulty.
Anyone have any suggestions on this?
