So, you have an overlay of the Form, View, and Field? Double-check all

Hi,
Does anyone know how to resize a Box in 7.6.4? We have created an overlay
of the form and the box . But the properties are disabled and we tried all
the tags at the corner, middle, etc and none of it is working. This is a
display only form... does this make a difference.
