Christopher, Those are simply reference pointers to the settings of 'Maximum Filters for an Operation', and 'Maximum Stack of Filters'. The Filter level is telling you your current location in the stack, your Number of Filters is referencing Max filters for operation. It is just reference data...I've never seen where it's documented, but that's what it all means :)
