Firstly, I am sorry. You need to use "Export Request Definition" feature which will include related PDTs and AOTs.
More importantly, exporting the data from SRM 2.2 and importing into SRM 7.6.04 is not supported. Also, you have stated that it is an in-place upgrade. So, why are you still exporting and importing?
