We are looking for an experience Remedy Solution Architect.
The role of responsibilities include, ability to develop and administrate ARS/ITSM applications, but not limited to performing administrator task such as maintaining the ITSM foundation data, configuring OOTB applications and generate reports in Analytic, Excel, or Crystal. Candidate should have an in depth knowledge of ARS objects workflows and have experience in doing data and AR schema migration, as well as past experience on working with CMDB in extending the data model, populating and reconcile the CMDB data. The individual should have at least 5-10 years of experience working directly with Remedy as a developer or engineer. Having an ability to work well with others and the team and the ability to lead and succeed on a big project with minimum guidance. Experience working with the military is a plus.
