Service Impact Manager:: you have servers with Services like ARS, Oracle, etc.. if the Mid-tier goes down, it will so the Service that is impacted.. Vice the Server... it is also great for J2EE applications, etc... so you don't think the mid-tier is the problem when it is the Oracle connection to the ARS that is really bad..
