Hello arslist,
I was using crystal report to design reports for ITSM and using BO server to
print them on web.
I have this problem of transparent background, when I design a report, I create
some graphs and make their background color transparent(like picture 1).
Then I print this report on Remedy User and Web browser. On Remedy User It's
normal, but On Web browser, all the graph' background are white(like picture
2).
Any one know what is the reason and how to make the background of graphs
transparent?
AR Server is: 7603
crystal report designer is: 11.5.3.417
bo server is: BusinessObjects Enterprise
