Hi Shah, We found the issue being the web service definitions on the BPEL side to be out of sync with the Remedy wsdl. We refreshed both and all is ok. Thanks for your assistance.

I have seen several times remedy wsdl worked fine in soapUI but not with other clients, so soapUI can be used to set a base and then compare with external clients.
