Apparently Phil's confirmation letter to the already accepted papers went out saying a discounted registration rate of $1100.00.
This means if you get your paper in this week and it is accepted, your rate is $1100.00 not the $1250.00. I recommend getting your papers in, it should be a great year and a lot of content.
