They are in the middle of a couple of big projects: IT service management upgrade, have multiple interfaces that need to be developed between Remedy and other 3rd party tools. They are also performing a Remedy upgrade to version 7.6.**** ** ** We are looking for someone with 5-7 years of Remedy experience and how to develop in it. They need to have experience with the BMC suite of tools: change management, incident management, problem management, service request management and how they all**** tie in together and speak to one another.**** They need to be a person with vision and be able to figure out what needs to be done.**** They need to have a strong work ethic, ability to be proactive.**** A plus would be scripting so that the person has knowledge to help create automation.**** ** ** ** ** The IT Administrator is a subject matter expert position responsible for providing maintenance and overall support of the BMC Remedy Action Request System and the ITSM 7.x suite of applications. These applications include but are not limited to Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, BMC Analytics as well as the CMDB. The individual will also be responsible for architecting other custom solutions as business needs arise.**** Requirements for this position include an expert knowledge and extensive experience with the development for the BMC Remedy Action Request System and the ITSM suite of applications. Experience with ARS system integration (web services, AIE, API, etc.) is also desired.
