What are the benefits of/problems with BMC Atrium SSO server? We are looking at using Analytics and it seems that SSO is the only sensible way to set up the authentication, but I recall hearing issues with it-Especially with LDAP authentication. We rely on LDAP authentication.
Our Midtiers (7.5p7 being upgraded shortly to 7.6.04p1) are installed on Linux using tomcat, as is our ARS (7.5 p7). But our business objects is on windows (IIS). We are running ITSM 7.6 P1.
