John,

Native client has an option in the General tab under the 'On Open' section
to 'Maximize Window'..so if you are opening it as a 'real' window instead of
a dialog or popup, that would by why it's maximizing it..if you want it to
be a specific size, use a Dialog or Popup open window command.it should open
in the size you expect.

Subject: Resize a view.

**
I'm trying to resize a form that only has one view. I'm looking for the
form to open up in the size of 2 inches by 3 inches. It only has two
question and an Save button on it plus several hidden fields. I followed
the steps below but it still opens full screen with the client. I read that
the web opens based on the broswer settings but the client should open the
new form in the size I want.

Choose Layout > Show Actual View Size.
Select the view.
Drag the resize handles.
Resize the form window and save the form

7.6
Windows
