I am trying to diagnose why my scheduled changes aren't being created
I have tried to search the system and the documentation, I cannot (easily) find what triggers the creation of the Change? e.g. an escalation would be a good candidate, couldn't find one. Anyone out there know, have some troubleshooting suggestions? Of course I would also like to know if anyone has modified it to allow a Period of 1 day? ..
