Hello Listers, Remedy ARS 7.6.03 Build 01 MS SQL Server 2005 MS Windows 2003
We want to move our users to the WUT version 7.6.03 but the new installation format has caused some issues. When the ARSuiteKit for the client is zipped it still is about 200 MB. For years I would put a single user.exe file on a web site to do the installation. Send the users to the site and save/run the file. I'd like to provide a similar function with the new installation process. I've been sending a few people to the Mid Tier but the old-time users want the thick client and I need to get them out of the pre-7.5 era. Has anyone had any luck with the silent installation of ARS 7.6.03 or .04? Thanks, --- John J.
