Is this with the web client or WUT? And is this for ITSM or a custom
app? Keep in mind if this is with the WUT then it is being discontinued,
so keep that in mind for the long term.
If this is for ITSM, then ITSM 7.6.04 has much better searching and
lookup capabilities on people, so may change the direction you take on
integration like this. If integrating with ITSM make sure you look at
the differences between 7.5 and 7.6.04.

Funnily enough - I spoke to someone this week who used to work for
Siemens in Irving TX who had specialized in ACD integrations with Remedy
:) - send me a PM if you're interested in his contact info.

Andrew Goodall

It depends on how you are trying to do it ... Are you using the User
Tool or Mid-Tier?

We want to use the Siemens ACD to "pop" the users information to the 1st
level support when the answer the phone. Do we need anything Remedy
wise? We have Remedy 7.5 and a SQL Db. What are some "gotchas" that I
need to br aware of.

Andy
