Hi All, I am having an issue where an occasional email is coming into Remedy, the record is created in the AR System Email Messages, but the message body is blank. Best I can tell these are html formatted emails using the Content-Type: text/html; charset="ISO-8859-1" character set.
Has anyone encountered this issue? If so what is the cause/fix?
