Since you are coming from a Sun server try using wget to pull the WSDL from the
SharePoint service.

Also remember you have to have access to the SharePoint URI (WSDL) on the PC
you are running the Admin Tool/Developer Studio on in order to build the filter
that consumes the web service.

** Prasanth,
ARServer is Located in a different domain and the SharePoint is located in
different one.
And further due to resource restriction, we have opened the port from the
ARServer only(Thats how we are able to telnet on the port 3333). It wont open
in any browser because the rule is not set for the network but for the IP where
ARServer is located.

Our concern is when we can telnet from the OS and not able to consume from
filter, are we missing any check point..

Thanks and Regards,
Ganga Prasad Pattnaik

Subject: Consuming web services fails.

** Hello Listner

We are trying to consume a web services published by Share Point application.
We are getting the below error
Failed to create internal mapping from wsdl. (ARERR 7012)
ERROR: URI not found
http://XX.XX.XX.XX:3333/_vti_bin/KEDBCoreFunctionsWS.asmx?wsdl

Additional Details:

However its successfully telneting  on the given port if we log to the SunOS
and ping the destination. So all the ports required are open.

Any checkpoint ?
