-------------------- Windward IT Solutions has immediate needs for Service Desk Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). If you have experience in any vendor's IT Service Management product(s), as applied to Service Desk, then Windward has opportunities for full-time permanent employment. Candidates with an ability to obtain a US Government security clearance, or who already hold a clearance, are preferred; however we also have non-cleared open positions. For some positions, Windward and our partner vendor will train service desk SMEs in the vendors' products with no cost to the employee. All employees are required to obtain an ITIL v3 Foundation certification, which Windward pays for. Windward also encourages employees to have primary and secondary skill sets, and will assist employees in developing skills in products and methods not strictly within their primary skill area. Positions requiring minimal (up to 20%) travel are available in the D.C. metropolitan area. We also have up to 100% travel positions that are open to candidates residing anywhere in the continental U.S. Windward's approach to business focuses on applied thought leadership, therefore we prefer to address our customers' business needs beyond their technical needs.
