Hi All, I have a client running ARS 7.1 P6, CMDB 2.1 P5, ITSM 7.0.03 P9, and SLM 7.1 P2 who wants to upgrade ARS and CMDB to 7.6.04 leaving the rest as is. I know that the Compatibility Patch 7000 for ITSM 7.0.03 is required after upgrading CMDB to 7.5. But if you are upgrading to 7.6.04, does this mean that you need to upgrade to ARS 7.5 and CMDB 7.5 first, apply Patch 7000, and then finally upgrade to ARS 7.6.04 and CMDB 7.6.04 (these are the steps outlined on page 16 of the Atrium Core 7.6.04 Compatibility Matrix). Or can you upgrade directly to ARS 7.6.04 and CMDB 7.6.04 and then apply Patch 7000? Would like to hear from anyone who has actually had experience doing a similar thing. Thanks in advance, Jason
